I just had my new Canadel dining room table and server delivered—WOW—I am just as pleased as I can be with everything and just needed to let you know that!

My experience with Sheila and Dinette Gallery(Kitchen Tables and More) was top notch all the way. Sheila was professional, pleasant and a joy (just fun) to work with. From the start I was impressed with how attending and patient she was (with my numerous visits and phone calls) and with her design expertise which was quite evident as she looked through my photos of my condo and the room the furniture needed to fit within. She helped steer me to the right contemporary style and a finish that was a slightly different shade than I thought would work; and she was absolutely on target on EVERYthing since the furniture matches my natural maple kitchen cabinets as though they were made for each other! Sheila made the experience so excellent I almost forgot (or didn’t care?) that I was spending so much money! And, whenever I called for Sheila and spoke to one of the other sales staff, they were each equally attending, helpful, and professional—a rarity these days.

The delivery crew, Ed and Roman, continued the positive experience by calling ahead, arriving in a timely manner, and quickly and efficiently moving the furnishings in and setting them up. They were meticulous with floor coverings to minimize tracking the winter weather in with them, were friendly and positive, and even gave me some adhesive coasters for the bottom of my table so I could move it more easily (a biggie for me since I have severe back issues).

I am thrilled with the product, the service, and would definitely come back to you or refer others if the need ever arose. Congratulations on having such a service-oriented team (at a time when that is hard to find). And the fact that the set came in BEFORE Christmas was just icing on the cake (since lead times typically would have had deliver at the beginning of the New Year).

 Just wanted to let you know that my Dad just loves his new counter swivel stool. The fabric is just the right color and the chair is very well made.  "The game set arrived yesterday in perfect condition and we are so pleased, thank you so much for your communication throughout the order process. We did want to let you know that the delivery service was excellent. They called ahead of time, then again approx. 30 minutes before their arrival. They put together the table & chairs and took away all the trash, it was amazing, too bad some of our contractors weren't as courteous. Thanks again for a pleasent transaction."
